If you plan to rent a room at one of the Sigma Nu Fraternity houses on Old Bastrop Hwy for the 2025-2026 school year, you will need to complete this application. Room selection will be on a first come, first serve basis. Once we receive your application we will reach out to you for room selections. **Please note we cannot process your application until you have selected a room.

As rooms are spoken for, we will up-date the list below. Security deposits and rent will be due on or before August 16, 2025. **Room keys will not be given out until both fees have been paid.**
